Terms of Service

These terms govern bookings and services with BEBA Studio, including payments, rescheduling, delivery, and usage rights.
Bookings & deposits
A signed agreement and/or deposit may be required to hold a date. Deposits are applied to your session unless otherwise stated. Final balances may be due before delivery or according to your invoice.
Rescheduling & cancellation
Confirmed bookings reserve time that is unavailable to other clients. Reschedule requests are reviewed based on notice, availability, and session type. Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations are not accepted.
Refund policy
Deposits are non-refundable and are applied to your booked session. If a reschedule is approved by the studio, amounts paid are transferred to the rescheduled date. Refund exceptions, if any, are handled only where required by law.
Payments
Card and ACH payments may be processed by providers such as Helcim. You authorize charges you approve at checkout or by invoice.
Proofing & delivery
Proofing windows, selection deadlines, and re-edit policies should match your service guide. Final deliverables are provided as described in your booking.
License & use of images
Personal-use licenses are typical for portrait clients; commercial use may require a separate agreement. Credit and portfolio use by the studio should be defined in writing.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the affected services. Have counsel review this section for your specific jurisdiction and contract language.
